Hormonal Contraception
We believe that all women should have access to hormonal contraception (birth control).

In North Carolina, immunizing pharmacists currently have the ability to dispense, deliver, or administer combined hormonal contraceptive (CHCs), which include combined oral contraceptive (COC) pills and transdermal patch, and progestin only pills (POPs).
​
Those eligible include:

Persons of reproductive age, who voluntarily request contraception, and are at risk of experiencing unintended pregnancy and that the patient is, within reasonable certainty, not pregnant.

Persons < 18 years of age with a parent or legal guardian consent.
