Breaking Barriers to Sustainable Health Goals

Take a peek inside our inspiring workshop where women came together to learn, connect, and take charge of their health and wellness goals!

From eye-opening insights into genetic testing to practical strategies for overcoming barriers, the energy in the room was empowering and uplifting.

These moments captured the heart of the event—women supporting women, discovering tools for sustainable change, and taking the first steps toward a brighter, healthier future.

Let’s keep breaking barriers together!

Thank you, Krissy, owner of Neighborhood Barre in Fuquay-Varina for letting me use your studio for this workshop!

“This was an excellent workshop and was extremely helpful in addressing my goals and challenges. The most valuable thing I learned was how to breakdown my goals to make them more realistic and achievable.” -Stephanie T.

Keta dived into the fascinating world of drug-nutrient depletions and shared insights on which foods are best to eat based on your medications. The four drugs that she talked about were statins (medications used to decrease high cholesterol), metformin (used to treat type 2 diabetes), proton pump inhibitors (used to treat heartburn/acid reflux), and hormonal contraceptives (used to prevent pregnancy).
